Meet Mrs. Krieger...I have been fortunate to be a teacher in the Benton-Carroll-Salem School District since 1992. (Wow! Those years have flown!) For most of those years, I have worked with fifth-graders in math, although I have also taught reading and language arts, science, art, health, and now, social studies.
I graduated from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, where I completed my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in art/graphic design. After college, I was a graphic designer and art director for several years in Toledo and Troy, Michigan. Later, I also attended Bowling Green State University so that I could become a teacher. Like many of you, I grew up in the Oak Harbor area and graduated from OHHS. My family includes my husband (a childhood sweetheart!), my daughter Katelyn and her husband Brian, and my son Andrew. I also have two grand-dogs, Jack and Lola. I love to read, draw, shop, decorate my home, garden, take pictures, golf, and watch movies. Fifth-graders are a great bunch! Thank you for sharing them with me this year. |
